Introduction: National Socialist Women's League (NSF)
Nationalsozialistische Frauenschaft - (NS-Frauenwarte)

This was the Nazi organization for women.
Marcus Wendel, 1999

The National Socialist Women's League was the women's wing of the Nazi Party. It was founded in October 1931 and led by Reich's Women's Leader (Reichsfrauenführerin) Gertrud Scholtz-Klink. The NS-Frauenwarte provided refreshments at train stations for troops, collected scrap metal for the war effort, ran cookeries, and gave instruction and classes to German women. The NSF had a membership of over 2 million by 1938.
